YÖR by Letsfit (“YÖR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the YÖR Ring wearable device and the YÖR Ring mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your information when you use the YÖR Ring App and device.

This policy applies only to the YÖR Ring App and related services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  5. 1.2 Health & Activity Data 

When your YÖR Ring is paired with the App, we may collect:

  • Steps and activity levels
  • Heart rate
  • Sleep data and sleep stages
  • Blood oxygen (if supported)
  • Skin or body temperature trends (if supported)
  • This data is considered sensitive health data.

1.3 Profile & Body Data

Used only to improve accuracy of metrics:

  • Age or date of birth
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Gender

1.4 Device & App Information

Collected automatically:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App usage events
  • Crash reports and diagnostics
  • Bluetooth connection status
  • IP address

1.5 Permissions Used by the App

  2. Connect and synchronize your YÖR Ring

  4. Improve app performance and stability
  5. Provide customer support
  6. Send service-related notifications

We do not use health data for advertising.
We do not sell personal or health data.

3. Health Data Commitment

YÖR makes the following commitments:

  • Health data is never sold
  • Health data is never used for advertising
  • Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Health data is used only for app functionality and user-requested features

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data.

We may share limited data only:

  • With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, crash reporting) strictly to operate the App
  • With third-party platforms only if you choose to connect them (e.g., Google Fit / Health Connect)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active.
When you delete your account, your personal and health data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The YÖR Ring App is not intended for children under 13.
